Well, that wasn’t too bad, I managed to move blog here, freehostia was buggy and started to cut down on features for free users (can’t see any webalizer stats anymore and also ftp account connects differently so I thought they disabled that too before I figured it out.) Meh, it would be PITA if I couldn’t backup files with ftp. Not sure what to do with old blog on freehostia, maybe I’ll leave it there for some time.

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009From time to time I like to crawl wordpress theme sites and see what they have to offer, there are tons of wp themes out there, even I don’t really change them much, in fact I used iNove theme from since I installed this blog and haven’t changed it because it looks clean but also cool and slick.
Well, I just downloaded this vistered little theme from templatebrowser.com and I love it! Yeah it’s maybe too fancy but I’ll be using it for a while now. Theme can be downloaded here

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009Regarding my previous post: I mentioned that wordpress needs separate database for every install, well found out that you can use same db for more wp installs by changing db prefix in wp-config.php but you still do need to install in different locations.
BUT! While googling I also ran into this wordpress-mu project (yes, mu stands for multi-user) which is also free software by WP which is used to manage multiple blogs!
